Dr. Clark Mills

After graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto in 1977, Dr. Clark Mills and his wife, Debi, moved to Stony Plain to begin their journey owning and operating Shiloh Chiropractic. In that time, Dr. Mills’ key areas of interest have been in family wellness and the complex interactions of biological, psychological, and social factors in understanding health, illness, and health care delivery.
Outside of Shiloh, Dr. Mills focuses his time and energy on board governance, music, travel and spending time with his two children and six grandchildren.

Dr. Chad Kulak

Dr. Chad Kulak has been practicing chiropractic since graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto in 1999. Born and raised in Stony Plain, Dr. Kulak is passionate about serving the community as a whole, whether it be young people dealing with sports injuries or seniors looking to remain active.

Dr. Kulak is happily engaged, and the dad to two teenagers and three dogs. In his spare time, he volunteers for various organizations, travels,  is a true crime enthusiast and loves a good dad joke. He is also a huge Oilers fan, perhaps to his detriment.

Dr. Darryl Johnson

Dr. Darryl Johnson graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic-West in Sunnyvale, California in 1992 and began practicing at Shiloh Chiropractic not long after. Dr. Johnson prioritizes treating the whole person, going beyond the chiropractic adjustment and focusing on areas of diet considerations, exercise, stress management and encouraging a wellness approach to health rather than crisis care management. He believes in the promotion of health through prevention.

Outside of the Shiloh offices, Dr. Johnson is an avid hiker, camper and cyclist. Dr. Johnson lives in Parkland County with his wife, Cathy, and their two sons, Samuel and Zachary.

Dr. Bob Langenhahn

Dr. Bob Langenhahn began practicing chiropractic after graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1999. Since then, Dr. Langenhahn has committed his career to helping people regain mobility.



Outside of chiropractic, Dr. Langenhahn and his wife, Heather, enjoy travel and being the ultimate hockey parents. The Langenhahns have two children, Jack and Libby, both of whom play competitive hockey.

Dr. Julia Heupel

Dr. Heupel is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. She obtained her undergrad Biology degree [BSc] from Concordia University in Edmonton and her Contemporary Medical Acupuncture certification was attained at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.  

Julia exhibits a passion for holistic patient-centered care and is available to consult with people of all ages. In addition to chiropractic care, Dr. Heupel will be available for acupuncture treatments. We are very enthusiastic about this latest addition to the Shiloh family! 
Outside of clinic, Julia is an avid volleyball player. She loves exploring the great outdoors – especially the mountains. Dr. Heupel, her partner Andrew, and her puppy Ellie are excited to be back home in Stony Plain.

Chantelle Owen Registered Provisional Psychologist

Chantelle Owen is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with over 19 years of experience supporting children, adults, couples, and families across both public and private practice settings, including community agencies and corporate care. She works with adults, teens, couples, and LGBTQ+ individuals, and is committed to providing an inclusive, respectful, and affirming therapeutic space.
Her work is grounded in trauma-informed care and a neurodiversity-affirming approach. Chantelle is guided by core values of safety, compassion, curiosity, and empowerment, believing that meaningful change occurs when clients feel secure, deeply understood, and supported in reconnecting with their strengths. 
She uses an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Sessions are collaborative and practical, blending skill development with deeper self-awareness and emotional insight.
Outside of  work, you will often find Chantelle spending time in nature—whether enjoying time at the lake with her family or skiing in the mountains.

Kendalle Ross RMT

Kendalle Ross graduated with honors from Archways Healing College in August 2024. Her goal is to leave her clients feeling relaxed and to help heal their chief complaints through her therapeutic massage techniques. When she is not in the clinic, she loves to do yoga and spend time in nature with her husband and four kids.

Debi Mills

Since Debi Mills and her husband, Clark, moved to Stony Plain to start Shiloh Chiropractic Clinic together in 1977, Debi has remained an integral part of the Shiloh team in her role as Clinic Director. Suffice to say, the day-to-day operations of the clinic would be impossible without Debi’s guidance and leadership.



In her spare time, Debi enjoys travel, reading, gardening, cooking, and gathering friends and family around her dining table for fine food and fine conversation. Debi also serves extensively in the community, helping in her church and serving on professional boards. Debi and Clark have two adult children and six grandchildren who Debi takes great delight.

Donna-Lynn Schmidt

Donna Lynn first joined the Shiloh team back in 2014. After a short time away to explore other opportunities and grow in her administrative abilities, she was excited to rejoin the team in the fall of 2025 as assistant director to Debi.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. If she isn’t in the clinic you will be sure to find her golfing and camping as much as possible in the short season we have.

Bonnie Paton

Bonnie and her family have been living in Stony Plain since the summer of 2022 and a part of the Shiloh team since the spring of 2024. She enjoys the interactions with patients and listening to all the horrible jokes that the doctors tell on a daily basis. In her spare time she loves being with her family and nature.

Renee Wolshlager

Renee has been working at Shiloh since 2021, bringing warmth, compassion and a smiling face to our patients. She enjoys working with all things insurance to help patients needs. In her spare time, she is enrolled at Grant MacEwan University pursuing her psychology degree, and is busy being a cat mom to her kitten Hugo.

Gonnie Imeson

By day Gonnie is an Educational Assistant, and started working at Shiloh in the Spring of 2025 on evenings and weekends. She is also the go-to Shiloh tech person, helping with the website and social media. Gonnie is the proud mom of two teenage boys who keep her busy with water polo and the performing arts. In her spare time, she likes exercising, long walks, and the company of her friends.
